A Versatile Space for Events, Expos, and Conventions

The Bridge View Center is an impressive 92,000-square-foot complex featuring a versatile 30,000-square-foot expo hall, which can transform into a 2,934 -seat arena for concerts and large stage productions. It accommodates 146 10’x10′ booths for trade shows and conventions, with floor boxes every 20 square feet featuring four 110V circuits, a network jack, and a phone jack. Convenient access is provided through a drive-in dock and two semi-trailer bays. The hall can be divided into three 10,000-square-foot sections, each hosting up to 500 guests for banquets or meetings.

The conference rooms are ideal for both small and large meetings, breakout groups, receptions, and reunions. They can be divided into five smaller rooms or combined into one large 7,000-square-foot room, all equipped with drop-down projection screens and wireless internet. Each room can accommodate 80 guests in theater style, 48 in banquet style, and 36 in classroom style.

The lobby area offers a spectacular view of the Des Moines River, an outdoor plaza, and downtown Ottumwa. The recreation of the Coliseum facade with original limestone accents and a custom stained-glass window enhances this beautiful space. The Grand Lobby can accommodate up to 2,500 people and features three distinct areas: the Main Lobby, Theater Lobby, and Expo Lobby.
