With three exhibit halls that offer over 66,000 square feet of flexible exhibit space, and can be used individually or combined into one expansive main hall. This versatility makes it an ideal location for exhibits, conventions, trade shows, and a variety of social functions, including weddings, banquets, and community events. The venue also boasts a large full-service catering kitchen, ensuring that every event is complemented by exceptional dining options.

The first floor of the Fresno Convention Center includes a 12,000-square-foot lobby, perfect for pre-function receptions, guest registrations, and displays. The second floor adds 18,500 square feet of meeting space, featuring 20 configurable meeting rooms and an exhibitor lounge with a skylight that overlooks the main hall. This lounge, along with the second-floor Executive Conference/Show Office, offers private restrooms, a small kitchen area, and floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a sophisticated and functional space for event organizers. An additional 16,000 square feet of lobby space across both floors further enhances the venue’s capacity for pre-event activities and networking.

Designed with versatility in mind, the Fresno Convention Center is equipped to host a wide range of events, from large conventions, expositions, and trade shows to intimate meetings, breakout sessions, and private celebrations. The exhibit hall floor is outfitted with light trusses for customized lighting, electrical service in floor boxes on 30-foot centers, conduit wall units for additional power, and water and drainage services. An accessible loading dock provides direct access to the exhibit floor, ensuring seamless setup and teardown for event organizers. High-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and multiple phone lines are also available to meet the technological needs of modern events.

Marc Solis

Marc Solis serves as Executive Director of the Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center (FCEC), leading the teams that operate the Fresno Convention Center, Saroyan Theatre, Selland Arena, and Valdez Hall. With more than 25 years of senior leadership in public assembly facilities, Marc brings a proven record of opening and operating major venues, strengthening financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across convention, sports, and live entertainment.

Marc’s background includes extensive new facility and capital project leadership, having opened and managed Toyota Field (San Antonio), the American Bank Center (Corpus Christi), and the Laredo Entertainment Center, and previously managing the 65,000-seat Alamodome. Most recently, he served as President & CEO of Bert Ogden Arena and H-E-B Park in Edinburg, Texas, guiding two new facilities through launch and full-scale operations. As General Manager of State Farm Arena, he helped the venue achieve one of its strongest years and earn recognition in Pollstar’s Top 100 Arenas worldwide.

At FCEC, Marc’s priorities include growing convention and event sales, strengthening downtown Fresno partnerships and destination marketing alignment, expanding community programming, and reinforcing client service standards that make planning and attending events seamless. Known for building durable relationships with promoters, agents, leagues, CVBs, civic leaders, vendors, and tenants, Marc is active with IAVM, IEBA, IPA, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
