Executive Director
Seth Greenberg
Seth Greenberg joined VenuWorks as the Executive Director of the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena in April 2023. With over 24 years of industry experience, especially in ice facilities, Seth brings valuable expertise to his role. Before joining the Pelham team in Alabama, this Ohio native served as General Manager of Alice Noble Ice Arena from 2010 to 2023 and as Assistant Arena Manager & Program Director at Gilmour Academy from 2000 to 2010.
Seth has a proven track record of developing successful arena programs and managing facilities with a focus on customer service and fiscal responsibility. Under his leadership, the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena has added indoor soccer, box lacrosse, and a professional rodeo, with more events planned. He also has a strong background in hockey, having played at Mercyhurst University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business. With over 20 years of experience in hockey coaching and program directing, Seth is a dedicated member of the United States Ice Rink Association.
