Lindsay Peters brings over 22 years of dedicated service to her role as National Director of Team Member Engagement at VenuWorks. With a focus on fostering professional growth Lindsay provides direction, training, communication, and steadfast support for staff across VenuWorks locations in the areas of event management and coordination.
Throughout her extensive career, Lindsay has held a variety of critical roles, including Event Coordinator, Event Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Safety and Security Trainer, Ticket Printing Manager, and Special Projects Manager. Her versatility and expertise have been honed through hands-on experience at numerous venues within the VenuWorks portfolio, such as the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, ND; U.S. Cellular Center (now Alliant Energy PowerHouse) and Paramount Theatre in Cedar Rapids, IA; Chanhassen Dinner Theatre in Chanhassen, MN; Ames Center in Burnsville, MN; and the corporate office in Ames, IA, where she currently resides.
Lindsay also plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), fostering a culture of shared success and ownership among team members. She is actively involved with the VenuWorks Community Foundation, ensuring meaningful contributions to the communities they serve. Additionally, her work in research for the Business Development office reflects her commitment to continually advancing VenuWorks’ mission and long-term vision.
