VenuWorks provides management services for this multi-purpose  arena and convention center.  Ground was broken in April, 2009 and the venue opened in October of 2010.  The facility is located on the shore of scenic Lake Bemidji.  It is part of the City of Bemidji's South Shore, a 140 acre mixed use development that when finished will include both commercial and residential projects.

The completed arena has approximately 4,000 seats for hockey, and 6,000 for concerts.  The convention center features a 10,000 sq. ft. ballroom and 4,000 sq. ft. of breakout meeting space.  The arena is the home of Bemidji State's NCAA Division I men's and women's hockey teams and hosts concerts, family events, and a wide range of community and regional activities.
